Classes are currently running every second Wednesdays of each month, pre-book two weeks ahead.

'Our mission is to spread the food culture of Latin America and our cooking classes will offer a unique insight into that culture'
You will have an opportunity to learn how to prepare many tasty dishes at home for friends or family gatherings.
You will learn knife confidence, how to handle fresh ingredients, and of course where to source those ingredients from locally.
The class will start with a welcoming glass of wine on arrival, guests will gather around the chef's table in the intimacy of our dining room, followed by a brief introduction by the chef then the food workshop.
By end of the session, you will be seated to indulge in a real fiesta made truly by you.
