Join our weekly hands-on Ceviche Master class with Chef Mal.

On arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly followed by a brief intro of the world's oldest methods of preparing fish and seafood.

You will learn knife skills and how to handle fish.

You will learn different marinations of ceviche in a relaxed environment.

By the end of the class you can taste your own ceviche beside few other small dishes prepared by the chef.
