Traditional Spanish Tapas Workshop
Grab a fellow foodie to be schooled in style with this traditional Spanish tapas workshop at Sobremesa with Chef Mal.
You’ll be creating some authentic tasty dishes from prep to service and will be cooking up the likes of Gambas al Pil Pil and Albondigas, as well as Tortilla and even a traditional paella.
Chef Mal will let you in on plenty of tips and tricks of the trade, so you can come away ready to recreate delicious dishes again in your own home.
Also you may bring with you 1 non-participant guest who can watch you cooking and seat with you during the meal.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the chef with a glass of wine before getting to work.
The chef will do an introduction to the Spanish food culture followed by a demo of what you will be cooking.
You’ll be learning how to creat authentic Spanish tapas, from Gambas Pil Pil to the much-loved paella.
Chef Mal will let you in on useful tricks to recreate the magic at home.
All classes will be of small participating groups to comply with the government advice and to ensure maximum knowledge is gained.
At the end of the class, you will be seated to sample and share with your guest some tasty dishes created truly by you.
